According to the law of the Russian Federation, purchased jewelry cannot be returned and exchanged *. For jewelry, a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase is not a return period. The exception is products in which factory inspection is detected by quality control. If after a purchase you find scratches, chips on the product, a stone has fallen out, the shape is distorted, then act on the product; special return conditions apply.
